Service Users with Allergens/ special diets Ward name Week Commencing Name Allergen / Special Diet   Please use separate utensils for these service users at all times This notice should be completed weekly by the Clinical Staff stating which users have allergens or are on a specialised diet, It should then be displayed near where the food is served. Clinical staff should assist with the meal service and to be aware of patients with allergies, to check their menu choices on ordering and supervise at food service Clinicians to ensure that the staff serving the food are fully briefed. If staff are unsure which products are unsuitable from the menu they can seek advice from line manager and Catering department - 02392 60 32 32 10/ 2016
