Assessment of Description of Research - II Assess whether the work described is self-contained or if further measurements are required to address the primary goals Literature survey and references whether these are appropriate do not exclude significant or relevant publications in the field The key conclusions are persuasively delineated and they are consistent with the hypotheses of the authors
