Start the process by clicking on “Register and apply for 2017 entry”

Select “Register” at the bottom

Click next

Accept terms and conditions at the bottom of the screen and click “next”

Initial details – fill in and click next at bottom

Postal details – select UK and click next at bottom

Postcode details – Enter house number and home postcode then click next at bottom

Postcode not recognised – If this screen appears enter your address details manually, then click next at bottom

Fill in important contact details at top. Optional marketing information at bottom. Tick to agree or remove as appropriate.

Security details – Password (minimum 8 characters and must contain lower & upper case and a number) Security questions – Select 3 memorable questions from the list and type answers. Remember to click “Next” at bottom.

Open a Word document, then copy & paste the username listed below along with your password. Also write these details on your Green Sheet Now you’re registered and ready to begin filling in your application form.

Starting the application form

Simply click appropriate option – “Through school” then click on next

Buzzword to be entered – RHS2017 – click on next at bottom

Simply select “Yes” and click on next at bottom

Copy and paste your Personal ID into same word document And on green sheet, along with username and password.

Check your e-mail frequently. You will get a validation code from UCAS You will be asked to enter this code to validate your E-mail address as main method of communication.

Personal details – use drop down boxes to select from list, e. g Personal details – use drop down boxes to select from list, e.g. County Down

Student Support – use drop down boxes again

Choices screen – with progress for personal details shown as “In progress” as the complete box has not been clicked.

Education details – finding Regent House from list. Simply click on “Find” and search for “Regent House”. Then select.

Results details. Take directly from recent exam results sheet. A2 – Pending AS – Must have a grade AS repeats – Pending GCSE – must have a grade Watch out for exam boards and e.g. GCSE NI = NICCEA AS & A2 NI = CCEA
