Learning Outcomes At the end of the session, participants are expected to: Know: Identify and differentiate the strengths and weaknesses of the various forms, tools and functions of communication for one’s target group Determine the most effective means of communication for specific purposes for the target audience Recognize the dangers of certain forms of communication Feel: Appreciate and value the different ways and tools of communication Do: Develop an action plan to take advantage of the different forms of communication and advances in technology to reach your target group

What is Communication Technology? Communication technology refers to electronic systems used for communication between individuals or groups. It facilitates communication between individuals or groups who may be at different physical locations. Communication technology may include systems such as telephones, fax, radio and e-mail.
