Who is IEHA? The Iowa Environmental Health Association (IEHA) was established in 1969. IEHA is an affiliate of the (NEHA) National Environmental Health Association. IEHA is governed by a Board elected by the membership. The functions of the organization are carried by a strong committee structure.
