Calling all Mineralogists Ms. Bonner Mr. Shannon

Your Assistance is needed Your services have been requested. Mr. Shannon is buying his wife some new jewelry and is looking for the very best materials that the world has to offer. Your skills are needed to help him determine what he should look for and what materials he should avoid. You will pick one mineral from your mineral list and create a research presentation about that mineral. Mineralogists from each of Mr. Shannon’s and Ms. Bonner’s classes are working on the project so it’s only one mineral per team.

Ways to share our learning Create a group PowerPoint. Create a Sway. Create a Powtoon. Create a Glog using Glogster. Use another approved platform to create your presentation. Approval will be at your teacher’s discretion.

Research Presentation Requirements Come up with a creative name for your team. Submit the team and mineral name to Mr. Shannon. The name of your mineral must be on every slide. It must be neat because other husbands may need your advice. You MUST cite your sources at the bottom of each page. Be neat, creative, and have fun!
