What is a franchise? A franchise is an authorization to sell a company's good’s or services in a particular place.

What is a franchiser? A franchiser is the parent company who grants the franchise and provides goods and/or services to the franchises.

What is a franchisee? A franchisee is a person who runs a franchise operation and is under contract or licensing agreement, with the franchiser.

What is a franchise fee? A franchise fee is a fee that a person pays to operate a franchise branch of a larger company, and enjoy the profits there from.

What are franchise royalties? Royalty fee’s are ongoing expenses that the franchisee must pay to the franchiser. This fee is usually paid monthly or quarterly, and is a percentage of gross sales.

Taco Bell The head office Taco Bell is in Etobicoke. Taco bell is a Canadian company, because it’s head office is in Canada. Also because taco bell has their store distributed throughout Canada.

What type of products? Long and Mcquade is a music store that sells musical instruments, and accessories. -guitars, drum kits, amp’s, foot pedal’s, piano’s, bass guitars, and all sorts of other musical equipment.

Types of products Taco Bell offers food products. Their main food that they sell is tacos but they also sell things such as burritos, crunch wrap supreme, quesadillas, and fries.

Franchise? In order to franchise a taco bell, you need to fill out a registration form, stating what you have, or have not done dealing with business. The franchise fee for taco bell is $45,000 The royalty fee, is 5.5%

How many? There are ??taco bells located around Canada, but there are no taco bells located around north western Ontario.

PART C If I were to open a franchise I would consider the big, money making business's such as Tim Horton's, Boston Pizza, McDonalds, Dairy Queen, and other well known business's. I would be in it for the profit, and the more well known the business is, thee more customers you will get, which results in more money.

About Taco Bell Taco bell is a world wide business, that sells taco’s and other things representing Mexican type foods. If you decide to franchise a taco bell, you have to sign an agreement saying you will stick with it for 20 years.
