Treasury Fund Central repository for all the funds administered by the General Secretariat, All Funds have segregated classifications but their cash is consolidated under the Treasury Fund, All bank accounts domestic and foreign currency and investments under the Treasury Fund. Exclusions: Leo Rowe Pan-American, Medical Benefits, Retirement and Pension Fund, Inter-American Defense Board.
