Event Planning Organization: set up venue for event, including signing up for location and coordinating an appropriate time for event Forms: prepared support materials and arranged for appropriate technology (projector, PC, etc.) Administrative: attended monthly, weekend conference calls with the Alumnae Association Board, arranged mock interviewers, marketed event to students and alumnae Support: attended event, participated as a mock interviewer, assisted with the technology on-site And more!
