LeaseOwn Homes Franchise Cost $25,000.00 A fee of $5,000.00 or 3% of the purchase price of the home (whichever is greater) is to LeaseOwn Homes by the Tenant Buyers for the Lease with the Option Rights to purchase the home You keep 90% of the fee 2% of the purchase price is paid to us for each year of the term (Example: Today’s value 100k x three year term is 6% total = $6,000.00) to LeaseOwn Homes from the purchase price of the home You keep 90% of the balance of our fee

LeaseOwn Homes Ownership Cost $100,000.00 How do investors in LeaseOwn Homes get paid? For each $100,000.00 investment in LeaseOwn Homes you will receive a 10% share of ownership. (30% is total available) You will get paid 10% of earning of LeaseOwn Homes after company expenses. Payments to you will be sent monthly. You will be added as a board member You will have a voice in the future of LeaseOwn Homes
