Introduction Future Working Group Activities Processes Scope of Interoperability WG Standing WG Members

Future Working Group Activities Work with the UCAIug Testing Committee to develop a full set of compliance and IOP documents including: Certification Criteria and Certification Procedures for Labs Compliance and IOP Test Procedures Certification for Test Labs Sponsorship of Test when needed (Support and Witnesses) Training for Standards Review existing Compliance Document and submit to CIMug for Review and Approval A structured approach is used to conduct the assessment resulting in a set of findings (using the criteria to generate fact finding) and conclusions which address the so what question. Architecture views are the necessary inputs (e.g., component models, operational models, architecture overviews) necessary to understand and assess the architecture. If these views do not exist they may need to be created during the scope of the engagement.

Processes Agreed that many of the tasks will need to be completed by the Standard Committees, NIST, SGIP, PAP groups WG will contact these groups to determine if they can or will provide the IOP documents All other tasks or documents will be completed by this group. WG will also provide review and finalization of all documents WG will define the levels of Compliance and IOP testing and provide “branding tickets” for the vendors to use on their products Any funds will be used to complete documents as needed. WG will provide oversight and review of the Funded work A structured approach is used to conduct the assessment resulting in a set of findings (using the criteria to generate fact finding) and conclusions which address the so what question. Architecture views are the necessary inputs (e.g., component models, operational models, architecture overviews) necessary to understand and assess the architecture. If these views do not exist they may need to be created during the scope of the engagement.

Scope of Interoperability WG Discussed meaning of Interoperability Discussed IOP levels Discussed interface to other groups A structured approach is used to conduct the assessment resulting in a set of findings (using the criteria to generate fact finding) and conclusions which address the so what question. Standing WG Members & WG Site Obtained list of standing members Discussed WG Site Requirements Will have GoTo Meeting Conference Calls on a Monthly basis to continue discussions and plans Will complete a WG Roadmap to assist in planning A structured approach is used to conduct the assessment resulting in a set of findings (using the criteria to generate fact finding) and conclusions which address the so what question.
