Valuation Office Agency Project EASY Dwelling stock by Council Tax bands Valuation Office Agency Assumptions: everyone living in an LSOA lives in a property; all properties are registered for Council Tax. Therefore, for a given stock of dwellings, determine the population that inhabit them. Build and check model for 2001 (census and MYE) and then move forward.
