We might know why (but we should perhaps understand this better) but HOW do we change… don’t reinvent the wheel … Drivers for immediate action cf long term attention to issues Would better measures of success help? Process is important – in terms of working together better… Can’t do everything at once but perhaps we can break the big issues and the interactions down better/differently?
