Charlie was John’s eyes and could take him everywhere. 4) The manager also didn’t allow the dog Charlie in the hotel. 5) The manager led John to his room personally but didn’t say anything about his room. 6) The manager didn’t tell John where the fire exit was, because he thought it was not sensible.
