Safety in the kitchen Fire Check Ask Handle Make sure that all burners are off when you are done cooking Fire Make sure nothing is in the oven before you turn it on Make sure the oven is off when you are done Check If you’re unsure about something, ask Ask Never leave plastics, oven mitts, or towels on the stove If its not in the pot don’t leave on the stovetop Handle knives properly and store knives properly Never use without adult permission Handle Safety in the kitchen
