Department of Personnel and Training Regional Workshop on Intensive Training Programme 5 December 2011 at MGSIPA, Chandigarh (Punjab) HCM RIPA (ATI) RAJASTHAN Department of Personnel and Training Government of India

FEATURES: HCM RIPA is implementing the ITP. Using our experiences gained in Kota, Udaipur, Bikaner, Jodhpur and Alwar districts under CBPR Now we have undertaken Ajmer and Tonk districts. Following Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) Cycle Sensitization-cum-TNA Workshop conducted in 2 districts Training of Trainers conducted in Tonk district and developed 40 persons as trainers. Training of Trainers in Ajmer District will start in January 2012. Saturation Training of nearly 3500 frontline employees-Target. Non Residential Courses at the district level headquarter 3 Days training Covers all 4 classes (Class I, II, III & IV) Will take nearly 2 Years.

INITIAL TNA WORKSHOP TNA Workshop in Ajmer on 11 March 2011 and in Tonk on 28 April 2011 conducted with 105 participants through which we identified training needs. Training Module validated through TNA. 3 New Chapters were added in place of 3 existing chapters Participants: District Level Officers – 50 (Ajmer) District Level Officers – 55 (Tonk)

TRAINING OF TRAINERS ToT in Tonk completed in June and July 2011. ToT in Ajmer has been planned in January 2012. Actual Training will start from January 2012. First we are going to start in Tonk district from January 2012. Training in Ajmer will start after ToTs in January 2012. Training Module is in press.
