2005 MAPS Exercise Has started – deadline for completion is March 15th Will be paperless for the first time – eMAPS see Bulletin Procedure is unchanged One new feature is that Supervisors will get to sign Leave Requests

Keys Take action to mitigate the thefts Too many keys in circulation for our locks Propose to replace all locks with the exception of the Visitor’s room (SB 54) Propose to acquire new lock not used elsewhere at CERN neither in the past nor in the future Will keep tight control and records of all new keys in circulation
