Activity List the human resources needed on your project Make a list of the people (other than yourself) you think will make a contribution to the development of your project. Describe how they will contribute and what they will be doing.

Activity Create calendars for your human resources Using your project management software create calendars for your human resources and assign times for them

Activity List the electronic resources needed on your project Make a table of the hardware and software you will need and where it is available to you. Analyse this to identify your key resources and list them as shown below. Resource Reason for need Software Microsoft project Required for keeping an eye on the project and planning for what happens when Hardware Computer at school To enable me to work on project during school hours

Activity Assign tasks Use your project management software to assign resources to tasks. Sort your tasks into order and decide on which activities should be linked. Set start dates for any resources which will not be available until later in the project. If you have any overstretched resources, level your project.
