PRACTICE PLANS: > Create a Practice Plan – at ALL levels – will help organize and move practice along > What Do I Use in My Plan- ( depending on level ) * Create Station Work – throwing / ground ball / Fly Ball / Hitting * Keep Stations to 7 minutes and then rotate – be careful you do not go too long – you will lose them and then this happens

Keep Groups Small if Possible – Figure out the Skill Levels you Have Keep Them Interested Instruct First – Then Engage Them

PRACTICE AND GAME SCHEDULES Contact parents within the week – T-Ball – Saturday Mornings / Middle School Diamonds / Statz Field and Kiser Fields will be used ( 8:00 Start ) Coach Pitch – Monday – Wednesday / Middle School Diamond (6:00 Start) Machine Pitch – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday ( 5:15 Start ) Kiser Park Diamonds Minor League – Tuesday and Thursday / McGaw in Fitchburg ( 5:30 Start ) Little League – Monday and Wednesday / Kiser Park and Statz ( 5:00 Start )

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE OUR TOURNAMENTS A SUCCESS JUNE 17-19 / 14U and 15U / Faust and Varsity Fields JULY 15-17 / 11U, 12U, 13U / High school fields and McGaw Park Fields in Fitchburg JULY 22-24 / 9U and 10U / Kiser and Statz Fields PLEASE SET ASIDE SOME TIME TO HELP

YOUTH BASEBALL NIGHT AT THE VARSITY BOYS BASEBALL GAME FRIDAY MAY 13th, 2016 / GAME TIME 5:00 HELP SUPPORT THE CAUSE

UMPIRES – they are learning too, be patient and please set the example – Show the right way / not the wrong …….. to eliminate this …. and hopefully this ……

so we can keep them around !!

UMPIRE PAY SYSTEM All coaches in leagues with umpires will be getting umpire pay cards. 3 part form Top Copy – Home plate umpire Middle Copy – Base umpire Hard Copy – Home plate umpire mails to league treasurer; form is self-addressed and stamped.

PRACTICE TIMES AND FIELD PLANS Each Team will receive 2 nights per week pre- season Once Season Starts one night a week will be given Additional dates need to be ok’d to assure field space. Email us to get this ok'd

Field Maintenance Faust / Statz and Kiser Fields - Faust and Statz Re-Do - Kiser Base Anchors and now will have removable bases – Place in Storage Units - Rake Holes / Fill best possible Please take care of these fields – this was a large investment

Uniforms - Info UNIFORMS: There will be separate hand out of Jerseys and hats when they come in - - All Hats and Travel Team Jerseys are ordered - - In-House T-shirts will be ordered in a few weeks.
