WOODGROVE MUSIC & ARTS ASSOCIATION WM&AA WOODGROVE MUSIC & ARTS ASSOCIATION Dear Business Friends of WM&AA, Fine Arts Gala 2016 On May 13, 2016 the Woodgrove High School Fine Arts department will host our Fine Arts Gala with an Auction Extravaganza. This event is a very important part of our effort to provide support for the music and arts programs at Woodgrove High School. This evening will spotlight the entire Fine Arts Department, featuring art displays from both the high school and feeder schools, drama productions, and music performances throughout the night. Delicious desserts and refreshments will be served as parents and friends browse the many outstanding silent and live auction items making this a night to remember! Music and fine arts programs in our public schools provide a tremendous opportunity for our youth to learn the rewards of practice and hard work, as well as the benefits of what music and art does for the mind and spirit. Proceeds from the auction are used to support the fine arts programs at Woodgrove High School, including music, scholarships, competitions and acquisition/repair of equipment. Businesses that donate items have their names listed in the auction catalog and are also displayed on the donated item to be auctioned. As well, the Woodgrove Music & Arts Association (WMAA) is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization (Tax ID#: 27-2568186) and all donations are tax deductible. We anticipate the event to be well attended.
