Service members TEB OED (milConnect website) TEB Obligation End Date (TEB OED) and TEB Approval Form (Adobe Acrobat icon) The Post 9/11 GI Bill Transfer of Education Benefit (TEB) program is a Department of Defense Recruiting and Retention program. All Service members transferring Post-9/11 GI Bill to family members incur / have an established TEB Service Obligation called their TEB Obligation End Date (OED). The Service members TEB Obligation End Date can be found on the milConnect website where they made the election with their service component to TEB. Would like to emphasize to the SCOs the need to ask the Dependent Student if their Sponsoring Soldier/Veteran knows their TEB OED and can access the TEB OED on milconnect. Having the Dependent Student aware of the TEB OED will likely help defray any additional awarding of TEB by a VCE beyond the timeframe a Veteran "didn't fulfill the OED."
