Programs & Community Projects Please complete white boxes to the right. If the box is gray, it is not reported to GFWC and does not need to be included. Project Number GFWC Partner Projects Volunteer Hours Dollars Donated In Kind Donations 1 Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership (HOBY):   Below, please list any other community projects not GFWC Partners. Programs & Community Projects Kay Taylor Candy Jackson As you may have noticed by now, there have been some changes from the old forms. I want to take a few minutes to clarify these changes so that you will be able to complete these forms correctly and with ease. You may refer to the slides presented here or to your handout copy. Either way, I want to identify some specific changes and to make sure that each of you are clear as to what information should be recorded. The first column that I would like to draw your attention to is the one headed: Dollars Donated . . . This the monetary amount given to programs and projects. For example, this would be the check that you write from you club to give to Hacienda Girls Ranch. Another column on this form is called In kind Donations. Here you would record the monetary value for goods provided for programs and projects. The estimated value of commonly donated items can be found in the GFWC In-Kind donations guide available at gfwc.org. Examples of In-Kind donations would be non-cash items, such as clothing, books, or furniture, etc. Cash “equivalents” (such as gift cards) are not considered In-Kind donations . . . but rather should be recorded as cash. Project Number Programs Volunteer Hours Dollars Spent   Please list any programs below. Project Number Programs Volunteer Hours Dollars Spent 1 On the Advancement Reports, you will see a column labeled . . . Dollars Spent. These are the expenses that are incurred by your clubs in the achievement of these goals. (click)

Programs & Community Projects Please complete applicable white boxes to the right. If the box is gray, it is not reported to GFWC and does not need to be included. Project Number GFWC Partner Projects Volunteer Hours Net Dollars Raised 1 Terry Lynn Gourmet Nuts & Confections   Flower Power Below, please list any Fundraising Events not affiliated with GFWC Partners listed above. Programs & Community Projects The last column that I want to bring to your attention is the one labeled . . . Net Dollars Raised. This is found on the Fundraising Report, which is the only report that requires this input. This is the amount of dollars that were raised by your various Fundraising projects and programs. Keep in mind that this amount will represent the money you raised minus your expenses . . . resulting in your Net Dollars Raised. (click)
