Comparison of forecast and achieved progress: July 14  November 14 please use this slide to list the WP activities, which have been scheduled for the period above provide information to which extent these activities are completed this refers to block C) and F) of your Status Report you can use copy&paste! Before you start editing the slides of your talk change to the Master Slide view: Menu button “View”, Master, Slide Master: Edit the following 2 items in the 1st slide: 1) 1st row in the violet header: Delete the existent text and write the title of your talk into this text field 2) The 2 rows in the footer area: Delete the text and write the information regarding your talk (same as on the Title Slide) into this text field. WP schedule and critical path show the critical milestones of your WP plan in particular include also critical or delayed outgoing milestones you can use the “Show reporting milestones” view to present a selection of milestones see “Howto: extract reporting milestones for presentation” on http://xfel.desy.de/xpo/mspe4xfel/howtos/ milestones on the critical path are ♦ the view “Milestone Summary” shows ALL milestones which the critical ones highlighted make sure to not include more milestones on 1 slide than readable on the beamer comment, if your schedule is compatible with the top-level milestones http://www.xfel.eu/project/construction_milestones/ if not, point out recovery possibilities

this refers to block H) and I) of your Status Report Open Issues List issues which are important or urgent for your WP and need to be resolved pending decisions, organizational issues, missing requirements, missing input from other WPs / Project Board If possible give due dates for the resolution and consequences (in schedule, cost, functionality/scope) if the issue is not resolved indicate if you think, this point should be followed up by the XFEL Project Board this refers to block H) and I) of your Status Report you can find all listed issues on the most recent issue list discussed during the TC Meeting: http://indico.desy.de/categoryDisplay.py?categId=66 or the Top-Level Milestones section of the Global Schedule comment if these issues are still open, closed etc.
