They can deign it inside or out. Architects are licensed professionals trained in art and science of building design. Some architects specialize in one type of building. For example, hospitals, houses, air ports, schools, churches, and factories.

Licensure through the pass of the Architect Registration Exam. 3 types of professional degrees in Architecture. 1. A 5-year bachelors degree (most common) 2. A 2-year masters degree (for students with an undergratuate degree) 3. A 3 or 4 year masters degree (for students with a degree in another discipline)
