Reception Registration Coat Check Food and Beverage Transition Beverage Station Passers Bussers Transition

Registration 2-3 Staff Members Set up name cards alphabetically Distribute when guests arrive Ask for Name Retrieve card and hand to guest “Enjoy your afternoon at the art gallery” Service Smile and greet guest Welcoming demeanor

Coat Check 2 Staff members Hand out Numbered tickets Service One for guest One for coat Keep Coats arranged in numbered order Service Smile Be friendly

Food and Beverage-Beverage Station 2 staff members Know ingredients Index card will be at station Keep the bar stocked with full drinks One napkin per drink Service Smile Be friendly

Reception drink Sparkling apple cider with raspberry Water

Food and Beverage- Passers 4 staff members 2 for each hors d’ oeuvres Memorize Ingredients Index card will be provided Say the hors d’ oeuvres name when offering Tray in one hand, napkins in the other Keep fingers off tray Reload tray before it is empty Service Smile, be friendly, don’t be pushy

Reception Food Vegetable spring roll with ginger-Soy dipping sauce Maryland Crab cake with Sriracha Remoulade

Transition Bussers line up on either side of door into dining Collect last minute trash All staff make way to edges of the room Stay out of the way as best as possible Service Smile Tell guests to “enjoy your meal”
