The Golden Age of Greece

I. Philosophers (Lovers of Wisdom) Humanism- the belief that humans can use reason and observation to question the world. Rhetoric: The art of skillful speaking

A. Socrates - “The unexamined life is not worth living.” - Socratic Method: Question everything. - Put on trial for not respecting the gods and corrupting the youth.
