Who am I? Sam Grayston Senior Manager, Member Engagement @ Nationwide Building Society Join the dots up looking backwards NBS TCG Teacher Drama (the lesson example) Fundamental truths – why me (rewarded); friends (belong); choice (voice) Thinking about today, a teaching story from when I was teaching that came to mind… 9GT Drama session – all the Y9s make a play with character, location and first line. So your character is a detective, the location is a castle and… Why? Everyone is doing the same? Fiona – fav class, you can use a single prop from the props box Can we be with our friends? Ian – as you worked so well last time, yes, groups of 4-6 of your choice Detective, castle and first line… Can we choose the first line? Tash – let’s have a couple of suggestions and then you can vote - ‘I didn’t do it’ good idea Hayley, ‘the voices made me do it’ – also good Paul. So let’s vote. OK, it’s ‘I didn’t do it’
