General Product Information - Artichocke Bitter For a long time the artichoke, a thistle plant, has been reserved only for rich people due to its high price Its main active ingredient is cynarin It also contains flavonoids tannic acids inulin (a starch containing carbohydrate) mucus enzymes (cynarase) vitamins (beta-carotene = provitamin A, niacin, vitamin C) minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphor and iron) etc.
