MCV Page - Collab Description Click the View Collaboration Details button to access the menu. Click the Collab Description option to see the 4 things that define a Collaboration: Customer + Site + Part Number (Customer / Supplier) + Supplier. 2 1
MCV Page - Collab Attribute Click the View Collaboration Details button to access the menu. Click the Collab Attribute option. ‘Last Modified Date’ informs you of when a PS was last changed. A 1 2
MCV Page - Calendar Set values to filter/view data by calendar dates or ranges Start Date (default is 14 days prior to today). End Date (default is today). Calendar menu controls date bucket display (Default, Monthly, Weekly). Click the Refresh button. Tip: Resetting the Start Date and End Date on MCV Page only sets the date range for the current MCV page. You can set the default date range for all MCV pages on the User Preferences page. A B C 2
MCV Page - Time Buckets Legend Selecting a different time frame (weekly or monthly) and then clicking refresh updates the columns and time buckets (T) that display on the MCV page. Note that the quantities will ‘roll up’ all values for that time frame (for example, 3 days into 1 weekly bucket). 1 T 2
MCV Page - Time Buckets Click a date entry to view details. An individual cell or column is sometimes referred to as a Point In Time (PIT). 1

MCV Page - Print To print an MCV page, right-click in the display and choose Print from the menu. For best results, use the “Landscape” setting. 1

Filtering for Collaborations On the left navigation tree, go to Supply Planning Collaboration Filter. 1
Filter Parameters Page You select from the Filter Parameter options starting from the top and working down. Choices made for each item will affect the list of options for each item below it. Filtering for Collaborations Click the checkboxes for the line items you want to add to the filter. If there is only one item, it is automatically selected, so you can skip immediately to the next parameter. Click the Add button to add the selected line items to the ‘Filter Builder’ (A). Click the grey [>] arrow icon to the right of the next parameter down, then repeat the above steps until your ‘Filter Builder’ is complete. 4 2 3 A
Filter Builder Click the checkboxes for the line items followed by the Add button to include those specific items in the Filter. Click the Add All button to put an asterisk (*) or wildcard in the Filter. If more items are added in the future, the new items will be included. The ‘Add All’ button automatically moves you to the next parameter. B A A B
Filtering for Collaborations When you have completed all your selections and the Filter Builder (A) is complete, click the Next button to generate a list of Collabs that match your Filter criteria. Note: Before clicking Next, you may choose to save the filter you have created. More information on saving filters is available under SCMP Introduction > SCMP Personalization > Saving Search/Filter. Filtering for Collaborations From the list of Collabs that match your filter criteria, click the checkboxes for the Collaborations that you want to view. Click the View button. 6 7
Collaboration Display (The MCV Page) Collaborations are shown on the MCV page. You can access data measures related to the collaboration. You can view time-buckets related to the planning schedule. 1 3 2
Alternative Multi-Collab Filtering for Collaborations Using the Filters tab allows you to add multiple search results to the ‘Filter Builder’ with one click of the Add button. Click the Filters tab. Enter text for the selected filter parameter. Click the Add button. Your values show up in the ‘Filter Builder’. 1 2 3 A
