Blended Learning Strategy Goals To support a replicable, economical, and sustainable training strategy for drug courts To enhance training by providing peer facilitation to support team learning and strategic planning To have peers help teams translate national drug court standards into local practice Center for Court Innovation

Blended Learning Process Assess the training need – identify training needs based on the NPC peer review report recommendations Develop a learning path – draft a learning plan, schedule review of materials; prioritize and plan the review of online content, written resources and data Facilitate content review – use educational content to address peer review recommendations, include questions and activities to engage the team Support action planning – develop an action plan with measurable outcomes for program improvement and/or enhancement including designated intervals and follow up Center for Court Innovation
