Progress Report on Active Projects Glen Avon Elementary- Utility Infrastructure Project Contractor installed new underground electrical and low voltage conduit. When Glen Avon’s modernization project begins this infrastructure will be ready. Stone Avenue Elementary- New Two-Story Building Project Contractor will complete final details of new building at the end of this month. Jurupa Valley High School Stadium Renovation Project Increment 1 of project (artificial turf, new track and hardscape improvements) wrapping up. Increment 2 of project (bleacher screening, new scoreboard and monument sign) scheduled to begin at the end of this month.

RHS Measure EE Façade Improvements 2007 Partial Modernization New Project Scope in Design Development Stage: Design and build rigid and durable wall soffit panels to provide a modernized appeal to buildings Storefront window system replacement in various wings Campus-wide accessibility upgrades Modernization of 1000, 1200A and B Street façade improvements .

Safety First- School Construction Directives to Contractors via Contract Prior to Work Commencing Contractors complete background check certification- DOJ clearance or adequate barriers in place to limit contact. Site Secured with screened fencing. Site Project Superintendent present to ensure work safety. Project Manager on site to communicate daily with Principal regarding site impacts and work scope. Workers badged or wear shirts to identify as construction workers. Workers not allowed to talk with site staff or students. All communication between Project Manager and/or Site Superintendent and Principal. Minimal disruptions to sites. Movement of heavy equipment is required to be escorted by construction staff on-foot to ensure safety while on campus.
