Nighttime Snack Starts at 9 or 10 p.m. and sometimes lasts until midnight Centered on the “samovar,,” which is an ornate urn used for serving coffee or tea Along with tea or coffee, cakes are eaten, such as “Sharlotka” (apple cake) At restaurants, the meal is often ended with frosted cranberries, or “Klyukva S Sakharom”
