In the event that the weather is bad, we will try to reschedule for later in the week. We might not know if it is cancelled until the morning of, so plan on sending these items on Monday.

Field Trip June 6th: MN Zoo More information will be coming home this week. Plan on packing a cold lunch with a drink along with a snack that day. Disposable containers works well so they don’t have to walk around the zoo with their lunchbox all day. Students should wear an orange shirt, comfortable shoes and layered clothing. Children should not bring money for the gift shop and will be responsible for carrying their own things.

Last Day of School: June 7th Weather permitting, we will be walking to Central Park for a picnic. Please pack a cold lunch that day (We will need a cold lunch on Monday for our field trip to the zoo as well!)

Music Program I am SO proud of how great the students did at the music concert this past week! Thank you to the following: Students for practicing so hard Parents for helping students remember lines and songs Parent volunteers who helped make this performance awesome!

Grandparents’ Day Thank you to all of the grandparents who were able to visit us on Friday! We had 58 grandparents/visitors in our room!!! It was so great to meet everyone. Be sure to check out some pictures from this great event!

Last Day of Breakfast The last day to get breakfast in the cafeteria is June 3rd

We will celebrate your child’s birthday here at school If you decide to send store bought treats or goodies please send 24 of them. If it's a weekend day we can celebrate the Friday before or Monday after. We will also celebrate ½ birthdays. If this doesn’t work for you we can celebrate it in May.
