About Mrs. Ryan Born in New Delhi, India. Grew up in Ottawa, Canada. Lived in Phoenix for 29 years. Love to play the guitar, banjo and piano, and sing in the Tempe Community Chorus. Enjoy sewing, quilt making and doing exercise DVDs.

My Teaching Background High school physics, math and general science in Canada and Arizona, and middle school science. 2nd Grade at Kyrene de la Sierra Elementary for ten years. Have enjoyed returning to my subject area and 6th grade at Akimel A-al!

School – Wide Grading Policy 30 % Classwork – activities, walk-in work, participation, etc. 70% Assessments - Tests, quizzes, projects, assignments.

My hopes for this year… Inspire in all students a love of science and technology! Orchestrate a cooperative learning atmosphere in which every student can perform at their personal best! Challenge students to ask questions and to seek answers! Get to know each student and celebrate their unique interests, talents, abilities and aspirations!
