Earthquakes Earthquake is the shaking and trembling that results from the sudden movement of part of the Earth’s crust.

Volcanoes A Volcano is a place in the Earth’s surface through which molten rock and other materials reach the surface.

Tsunamis A Tsunamis is produce by a earthquake. It is a giant sea wave. It can travel at speeds of 700 to 800 kilometers per hour.

Primary Waves Primary Waves are produced by Earthquakes. P-Waves are a type of elastic wave, also called a seismic waves. P-waves are recorded by seismometers

Secondary Waves The S-Wave, secondary wave, or shear wave is one of the main types of elastic body waves. The S-wave moves as a shear or transverse wave.

Surface Waves In physics, surface wave can refer to a mechanical wave that propagates along the interface between differing media, usually two fluids with different densities.
