Pre-Formatted Reports August 21, 2014
Data will not populate for 2014-15 until students are counted in our ADM.
Step One: Select desired report.
Step Two: Select options from drop down menu.
Optional Step: Change desired report type.
Step Three: Click on Run Report (Note: there are buttons to run the report at the top and bottom of this page.)
Step Four: You can save the report, create a pdf file to print, or convert to an excel file. Click to select.
Step Five: Name the report and click save report at the bottom of the screen.
To retrieve saved report, hover over School and District Data.
Then click on saved reports.
SchoolNet gives us the capability to share reports across the district.
To find published report, return to the home page, then scroll down.
Remember the importance of thinking of naming conventions in advance, especially when sharing reports.
Create a Report School and District Data Preformatted Reports Select desired reports Complete options from drop down menus Run report Name and save report
To delete reports, go back to main page and hover over School and District Data. Click on Saved reports.
Click on delete report.
