Water Flow THE AMAZING DROP

WATERBURY’S WATER SYSTEM!!!

What Is Water? Water is a body of water such as a sea, lake, river, or stream. Water is also a particular stretch of sea or ocean, especially, that of a state or country.

All About Water Water is made up of two elements, hydrogen and oxygen. Its chemical formula is H2O. The word “water” usually refers to water in its liquid state. The solid state of water is ice, while the gas state of water is steam or water vapor.

How does water get to us? Filtration Plants, water storage reservoirs, pumps and pipes witch take water to your house by traveling underground. This is an example of these pipes and filtration plants:

What happens to your water before it reaches your house? This is what happens to the water before it reaches our houses.

What happens to the water after we use it? It goes to Waterbury’s sanitary sewer.

WATERTOWN’S WATER SYSTEM!!!

How does Watertown’s water get to each person’s houses? The water gets to them, the same way Waterbury’s water does. Filtration plants, Water storage reservoirs, and pumps and pipes. There are different types of pipes and filtration plants, but the pipes and filtration plants still run underground. Exactly like

Where does Watertown’s water go after everyone uses it? It goes to the town’s Sanitary Sewer. It is the same process as Waterbury. It may be different sanitary sewers, but it still is the same process as Waterbury.

How does Watertown get all of the “dirty” water back? Most places channels the water to nearby creeks or rivers. Usually with underground pipes.

This was our slide-show, I hope you enjoyed it!!
