Two options: Introduction In optimizing the Philips Request-to-Pay process, Philips has replaced its current e-procurement solution with the Ariba platform, a leader in cloud procurement applications What is in it for you? Accelerated, transparent and digitalized quotation process Free of charge and easy to use platform Suppliers registered on the Ariba Network are recognized by Philips requestors as prefrred In order to benefit from the above, we invite you to register on the Ariba platform. Please take a few minutes to complete your registration using the information below. Before you open the link, please make sure to use the recommended brower (check here: LINK) You will receive an automatically generated e-mail from SAP Ariba with the invitation for registration. Click on ‘click here’. If you open the link, make sure to finalize the registration in one session. Reopening the link might lead to error in the browser – in that case please try to delete your browser history (check here: LINK) or contact SAP Ariba Customer Support via Help Center. or You are invited to participate in a RFQ-event, you receive an automatically generated e-mail with invitation. QRC 4: How to look for help from SAP Ariba Customer Support (2/2) Enter via https://uex.ariba.com/ Search the Ariba Exchange Community for self-service help options Use the search bar to find answers to your functional and navigational questions Product Documentation and FAQ with videos, tutorials and step-by-step instructions Find Questions and Answers from other suppliers, such as yourself Gain access to the below support options by researching your question first Send a written request to SAP Ariba Customer Support via a short webform. Our Target Response Time is 4 hours Provide Short Description, Details, and Attachment to ensure fast and accurate response. Make sure your submission is detailed, including steps to replicate Start a live chat with SAP Ariba Customer Support Connect to a live chat service to discuss your questions live, in writing Let us call you Select "Get help by phone" to: Call Me Now Avoid waiting on the phone - Fill in a short form to request a callback from the next available specialist Call Us Select the country you are calling from and call the displayed number Note: you can use the live chat only if you are already registered and logged in

QRC 5: How to respond to RFQ (1/4) In optimizing the Philips Request-to-Pay process, Philips has started to send Requests for Quote (RFQ) digitally, via the Philips Sourcing system Ariba. Selected suppliers receive invitations to participate in an ‘event’, for which supplier is requested to provide your offer to the products or services Philips intends to purchase. As explained below, there are two ways to respond to RFQ: Response by logging on the Ariba platform Button „View” directs you to the logon page of Ariba Network where you can register or logon, to see our sourcing events. When providing your quotation via the Ariba Network, you enjoy the benefits of a user interface containing many features, detailed information about the Philips request, and easy access to online help via https://uex.ariba.com and https://support.ariba.com/help Response by mail As alternative, suppliers can provide their response to our sourcing event via email as well. However, submitting your response via email only supports providing basic data like price and delivery datetherefore in all cases suppliers are advised to register onto Ariba Network and submit your offer online. QRC 5b: Responding to next RFQ by logging on the platform (3/4) 1 2 After you registered and your account is linked with Royal Philips, you can access all your RFQs by simply log in into you account via https://seller.ariba.com : You will be landed in the Ariba Sourcing page: HELP CENTER HELP CENTER In case of any problems during registration, you can go to HELP CENTER Note: make sure you are on the tab dedicated for Royal Philips In case of any problems, you can go to HELP CENTER In order to provide your input, you need to click on the title of the event that you want to participate in 3 4 In case you are directed to the Ariba Network or Ariba Discovery, click on the icon as below and choose PROPOSALS to view all your RFQs: In case you are directed to your Company Profile, click on CLOSE at the top of the page

Mandatory fields wil be marked with asterix (*) QRC 5: Responding to RFQ via e-mail (4/4) 1 2 Open automatically generated e-mail with invitation for an event and click on ”Respond” After that, you will receive email similar to the one below, generated from the Ariba Network: If have any question regarding registration process, go to QRC 3: Registering on Ariba Network Price NOTE: price is processed by the system as provided in the currency of the country of the Philips location mentioned in the mail. You cannot enter a different currency! Quantity NOTE: quantity is processed as being in same Unit of Measure as mentioned in the mail. You cannot enter a quantity in a different Unit of Measure (e.g. box, when pieces is requested) Line Number NOTE: Line Number value must be filled with value Mandatory fields wil be marked with asterix (*) 3 4 In order for the Ariba system to accept your response, you need to complete the below fields: Provide input for mandatory fields (Price, Quantity, Line Number) and click „Send” Tips: • Registering to the Ariba Network for bidding on Philips RFQ events and providing your responses to our events, is free of charge • Avoid adding special characters (^$ @ & etc.) in the response • The email functionality only supports processing of basic data in your response. More functionality, like uploading your quotation as an attachments to our event, special bid reservations or conditions, is supported only via the online ‘Ariba Network’ interface If you provide your input in incorrect format, or do not provide it for all mandatory questions, your response will not be processed by the system (you will receive email notification about the rejection) Note: If you are already registered and your account is linked with Royal Philips, you will see this event also in Ariba Sourcing page. If you provide your input correctly, you will receive the confirmation only if your quote will be accepted.
