What was your favorite part of the internship experience? “Being able to work on an actual project that was going to be presented to a real client.” “While it was certainly a challenging task, the mock pitch to JLL's executive team was an incredible experience. It helped build my teamwork skills, and it also gave me real world experience.” “Getting to be a part of a team. I was given important tasks to do rather than busy work and really felt like I learned so much that I can take into whatever career path I can choose. It was an amazing experience.” “How friendly and helpful everyone at JLL was. I could not have learned more and enjoyed my time any better.”

Survey Results 82% of respondents felt the Internship Program was very organized. 20 19 23 23 15 88% of respondents felt that the Intern Welcome Packets were helpful, informative, and provided a good outline of the program, referring to them as needed. 68 25 82% of respondents said that their manager provided me my Summer Internship Action Plans, Goals and Schedule, and it contributed to my summer internship experience at JLL 6

Suggestions for 2017 Better connect the interns nationwide – Google Hangouts? Record Welcome Calls Add the Interns to the Yammer Group versus only providing the link Reach out to HR leaders from different regions throughout the country to keep everyone on same page and in-the-know Keep a log of Previous Know the Biz calls and contacts for feedback Sponsored Chicago Intern Event Suggestion from Ben Valent who attended the 2016 event, advises to leverage campus recruiting program, seek sponsorship to up attendance and ultimately retention Utilize The Club on 44, possibly start event around 4pm to boost attendance
