Treatment success and case detection rates (new sputum smear positive cases): 2005-2009 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 Conclusion Tonga has successful performance on screening of all TB cases for HIV, screening of all contacts of the index cases, screening of all prisoners for TB and never shortage of drugs.
