Structure of Courses Medicine & Dentistry – 6 years Comminity based education (COBES) from: 2nd year through to 6th year: internship in community and health facilities. 1yr internship in hospital after 6th year (mandatory for all graduates) Engineering – 5 years 3rd Semester: 2nd year (workshop practice), 3rd & 4th (internship), Final year engineering project All others – 4 years Semester system – 16 weeks x 2 sessions (Excluding a 3rd Holiday semester of 12 weeks)
