Purpose / Question Orientation for Outpatient Rehabilitation had not been updated recently. Needs for reorganization had been identified in the needs assessment as well as from employee complaints.
Process Committee met frequently over 6 month time period Team divided sections, gathered information, and organized information Team split information in three binders to further organize orientation information Departmental Resources Clinical Resources Licensure and Practice Act (PT/OT)
