Please take the district survey on your child’s chrome book. Open up the chrome book at your desk. You do not need to sign in. Log onto Apps on the bottom left hand corner. Choose Parent Survey. When done with the survey, please shut down by pressing power key until screen goes black and close chrome book.

Communication Folders/Homework Cover Sheet Friday Parent Signature with parents looking at the grades on Aeries every other week. Look for the… Missing Assignment (if applicable) Please look at all scores in Aeries and record on the homework cover sheet.

Rewards and Incentives Individually- Students are able earn raffle tickets daily for bell to bell attendance with no ticket(s) pulled. Raffle will be drawn each Friday in class. Prizes will vary! **Any $1 value treasure box donations are greatly appreciated!

Rewards and Incentives Table Groups- We will give table points based on the group’s cleanliness, quickness on assignments, participation, and readiness.

Consequences Tickets will be stapled to the homework cover sheet and sent home the day they are given for parent signature. Please sign the homework cover sheet by the following Monday and have your child return it to school. Grade checks will be every other week. If your child pulls 6 or more tickets, a student behavior report, or a school citation in each 6 week grading period, they will not participate in the behavior celebration.

Homework Students record their Homework in class daily on their homework cover sheet. It is also posted on our TeacherWeb site, which we encourage you to check frequently. Homework is an important part of the school curriculum. Student’s homework reinforces and extends what is taught in the classroom as well as serving as an important link between school and home to keep you informed about your child’s learning. Fifth graders will complete homework assignments every weekday night. Reading for 30 minutes, as well as, a reading activity will be assigned along with math homework. Any classwork not completed will be due the following day. Please review your child’s homework nightly for accuracy, completeness, and neatness.
