Selection Procedure (competitive) Funding Parties Workshop > Dr. Hendrik Meurs > Oct. 18st 2017 > MSRT / IUST Selection Procedure (competitive) 2-step process Step 1: Draft (project description, rough calculation for consortia) Evaluation: - Eligibility Check (DLR-PT/IB) - Evaluation through external experts or experts of the German Project Management Agencies - according to evaluation criteria in the call - via online-tool in a written form, quantitative and qualitative (-> preliminary ranking list) - Experts´ meeting: virtual or in person (-> final ranking list submitted to BMBF) - Funding decision by ministry - Coordination with MSRT Information to submitters: call for application or refusal of draft

Approval Procedure (non-competitive) Funding Parties Workshop > Dr. Hendrik Meurs > Oct. 18st 2017 > MSRT / IUST Approval Procedure (non-competitive) Step 2: Full Application (preparation for launch) - Project description according to format - detailed financial calculation for each partner - Iteration process with applicant (future coordinator) - When completed: preparation of official notification - Approval of notification by Scientific Officers Administrative Officers Financial Coordinators Controlling Support is granted through an official notification
