CONTENTS Abstract Objectives Block diagram Methodology Advantages & disadvantages Applications Conclusion

1.ABSTRACT: The project is designed to develop a robotic vehicle using Xbee technology for remote operation attached with wireless camera for monitoring purpose. The robot along with camera can wirelessly transmit real time video with night vision capabilities. This is kind of robot can be helpful for spying purpose in war fields. An ARM controller is used for the desired operation. At the transmitting end using push buttons, commands are sent to the receiver to control the movement of the robot either to move forward, backward and left or right etc. At the receiving end two motors are interfaced to the microcontroller where they are used for the movement of the vehicle.

2.OBJECTIVES: To traverse a robot in war field using Xbee and transmit images using night vision wire less camera. The Xbee remote control has the advantage of adequate range up to 80 to 100 meters. The whole path that the robot traverse is being seen by the wireless night vision camera. .

3.BLOCK DIAGRAM : TRANSMITTER STAGE:

RECEIVER STAGE:

4. METHODOLOGY: A block diagram which is shown above is divided into two parts that is transmitter and receiver. The transmitter part is which is in the base station which can be controlled from the remote area using Xbee as a communication protocol. The person at the transmitting end controls the robot of the remote areas using key inputs along with that he can view the situation at the war field here we use a special camera in which we can get the images in the night time.

5. ADVANTAGES & DISADVANTAGES: Wireless control Surveillance System. Vehicle Navigation with use of 3G technology. Takes in use of the mobile technology which is almost available everywhere. This wireless device has no foundation of range and can be controlled as far as network of cell phone.

DISADVANTAGES: In this project usage of relays leads to consume more power.

6.APPLICATIONS: The main purpose for designing this robot is that to implement it in defense sector to sense human and detect weapon/ bomb with the human or buried in the place where human cannot fetch for it. The sensors with smaller range frequencies are sufficient to install this robot in residents. The sensors with very high frequencies are required to install this robot in the IT industries This robot can be installed in banks, especially in the places where jewels are kept (locker area). In the educational institutions, this robot can play a vital role in the areas of library and laboratory where valuable equipments are kept.

7.CONCLUSION:   Thus the full system work deals for the secure way of governing our properties in the absence of the authorized person. Though the design and architecture of the robot resemble strange yet is an effective way of security system. Thus it is an evidence to prove that robots can assist human effectively without any difficulty.
