New co-convener WP8 Proposing Dr Giovanni Mazzitelli as new co-covener WP8 Dr. Mazzitelli is senior researcher at at the National Laboratories of Frascati of INFN, responsible of the DAFNE beam test facility (BTF), a user area mainly dedicated to HEP detector testing through the extracted beam (electrons, positrons, neutrons, and gammas) obtained from the DAFNE LINAC. During the last two years he was also the vice director of the accelerator division of Frascati. In addition to his activity as accelerator physicist, mainly on DAFNE and as machine detector interface, he 's working in HEP detectors R&D and beam diagnostics. In superB project, Dr. Mazitelli is responsible of the accelerator computing infrastructure and controls. Dr. Mazitelli was already leading the  task 8.2 in AIDA about beam test infrastructure at Frascati vila@ifca.unican.es, AIDA GB meeting, 30th March of 2012, DESY

2013 Annual meeting: Frascati vila@ifca.unican.es, AIDA GB meeting, 30th March of 2012, DESY

2013 Annual Meeting: Paris-Paliseau The Ecole Polytechnique campus offers a large support for a diversified meeting: Many large (150++) and small (50) modern amphi-theaters and rooms (all equipped with Wifi & plugs). A reasonably good canteen (also being refurbished) An on-site hotel (for students or 1 night comers) Support from LLR; and possibility from LAL, Saclay and LPNHE, and (financially) IN2P3 The campus is void of students during the holidays (~mandatory) We are ~25km / 40 mins by public transportations from Paris downtown. Numerous close-by accommodations along the B line of the RER (Orsay, Palaiseau, Massy, Antony, …) Direct connections to Roissy & Orly The social dinner will be in one of the numerous places in Paris
