Time Table Presenters are requested to provide proposed topic and short summary to Cassie Rogers via e-mail at cassie.n.rogers@lmco.com by 1 September 2016 If topic is approved, draft presentations must be submitted in PowerPoint format via e-mail to Cassie Rogers by 15 September 2016 Draft presentations will be reviewed by the presentation committee, and presenter will be notified of any changes to make to final version Final presentations incorporating any recommended changes must be submitted via e-mail to Cassie Rogers by 1 October 2016, or once notification of comments and/or approval is received

Submittal Procedure All final presentations should be provided in PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx) Large final presentation files and embedded video files (.wmv) must be provided on CD and mailed: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company Attn: Cassie Rogers 86 South Cobb Drive Dept. 3B2M, Zone 0586 Marietta, GA 30063-0586

Presentations on Website Post-HOC In lieu of providing paper or DVD copies, all presentations will be posted on the HOC 2016 website in the weeks following the HOC. If your presentation contains proprietary data or information that you do not wish published, copied, or redistributed, it is YOUR responsibility to disclose that fact at the time of presentation submittal.
