Intelligent Monitoring System of Rubbish Vehicle There are 1100 construction sites in district of Chaoyang, Beijing Facts:vehicles spill drip, noise polution, overload and overspeed, running red lights Results:  affects city environment and traffic safety lead to the public’s complaints difficulty issues to address of departments of city management Solution: remote positioning, identification, 3G video analysis, sensor Cost: share by both of government and construction sites

The System of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning and Fire Prevention Sensor Wireless private network Management platform Facts:There are large transient population and 800,000 renting houses in rural areas of Chaoyang district , Beijing. They usually use coal stoves for heating in winter. Results: In recent years, carbon monoxide poisoning and fire cause the accident frequently, resulting in terrible social affect. Solution:Wireless sensor networks ensure the real-time monitoring .Multi-level early warning mechanism ensure the safety of people‘s lives.
