Objective 2 x Ice Class Vessels (Hafnia Lise and Hafnia Daisy) gradually to be manned by full Russian crew, however, existing well-performing Senior Officers will still be planned onto these vessels 12 x non-Ice Class Vessels, in the long term, to be manned by Russian officers (preferred) and Filipino ratings Pilot project to start with 4-6 vessels Preferably two cadets each vessel, or as per budget
