Patient Centred Skin Audit 2 Questionnaires 1) On the Day The first questionnaire you ask the patient to complete on the day of their surgery itself. 2) Post Op The second you should try to get a month or two later. Either SAE, or as its so short get a secretary or a student to follow up and phone your patients, or an email link.

Patient Centred Skin Audit The audit runs yearly : 1st Jan – 31st December. I will ask for the AVERAGE score for each question the following April. Then hopefully present/produce any results at the 2018 conference
